A photobook and video done while being a part @fotodesignbcn and was selected by @fotocolectania to expose at their contest ‘El Gran Proyector 2025’. Those months dedicated to this project were months of deep self introspection. I look back at it now and it still teaches me how our wounds, once we see and acknowledge them, they can also become our strength in life. By combining archival photographs of my mother , my personal letters which I always carry with me and which are deeply important to me and photographs I took in that present moment, it brings together my past, my mother, my life, my present, and my universe. So that when I look at it, I can understand and remember who I am and where I come from. Just like all the letters I carry with.
